Roguetrader wrong purchase

Hi!
I’ve purchased the collectors edition of Roguetrader instead of upgrading the digital pack that i’ve already bought.

How can I proceed to get a full refund and buy just the upgrade (or have the digital purchase refunded and keep the collectors edition)?

I really doubt an Owlcat employee will see this post and respond.

I suggest you check the email you received after the purchase or the online account/shop for a contact.

The web site FAQ says :

We are offering a refund period of 14 days from the purchase date, during which you can get a full refund if requested. You can request a refund by contacting team@owlcatgames.com, and a team member will guide you through the process. Please allow us a few days to process your request. No refund is available after 14 days.

NB : for ALL games, never try to get purchasing support or account support from the forums.
